PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1) Privacy Policy
In compliance with the obligations deriving from national legislation (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, Code regarding the protection of personal data) and community legislation, (European Regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR ) and subsequent amendments, this site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe the rights of users.
This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this site and is valid for visitors/users of the site. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the site collects and how it uses it.
2) Legal basis of processing
This site processes data on the basis of consent. By using or consulting this site, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including any disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service.

(b) personal data provided voluntarily by the user (such as, for example, the e-mail address, personal data, password provided by completing the form to request information on the Site or information relating to the education and work experience) and processed by Palazzo Bonomi Hotel to meet the user’s requests regarding the Palazzo Bonomi Hotel world and to provide the services offered by Palazzo Bonomi Hotel to its customers or to evaluate any job application sent spontaneously by the user through the Site.
It is specified that registration and access to the Site via a social profile involves the communication of certain data (including Name, Surname, Email and any other data of the public profile relating to the user and present on the social network itself) by of the chosen social network and therefore require the acquisition of some permissions and consents to be issued before logging in, which will allow actions to be performed with the user’s account. (c) with the express With the user’s consent, Palazzo Bonomi Hotel may process the latter’s personal data for marketing purposes, i.e. to send to the user, both via traditional tools (such as post and telephone) and electronically (such as newsletters, emails, sms, mms and web chat), information and updates on products, promotional campaigns, events and other initiatives promoted by Palazzo Bonomi Hotel, as well as to carry out specific market research.
(d) with the express consent of the user, Palazzo Bonomi Hotel may also process the latter’s personal data for the purpose of studying consumption habits and choices, to make its initiatives more responsive to tastes and to the needs of its customers. In this regard, it is specified that this processing is partly automated and allows the creation of clusters of customers with similar purchasing characteristics and preferences in order to better direct the commercial initiatives and proposals of Palazzo Bonomi Hotel.
For security purposes (anti-spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), the automatically recorded data may possibly also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with the laws in force on the subject, in order to block attempts of damaging the site itself or causing damage to other users, or in any case activities that are harmful or constitute a crime. – Youtube: a platform owned by Google, for sharing videos, which uses cookies to collect information from users and browsing devices. The videos on the site do not transmit cookies when accessing the page, as the “advanced privacy (no cookies)” according to which YouTube does not store information about visitors unless they voluntarily play the video.

7) Social Network Plugins
This site also incorporates plugins and/or buttons for social networks, in order to allow easy sharing of content on your favorite social networks. These plugins are programmed so as not to set any cookies when accessing the page, to safeguard user privacy. Cookies are possibly set, if so provided by social networks, only when the user makes effective and voluntary use of the plugin. – as well as, more generally, exercise all the rights recognized to him by current legal provisions.
